Phase 1: Environmental Containment & System Shutdown
Immediate isolation of the HVAC system to prevent cross-contamination of unaffected zones. We deploy negative air machines with HEPA filtration to stabilize the environment before diagnostics begin.
Phase 2: Visual and Analytical Diagnostics
Using "Neo", our agile scouting robotics unit, we perform 360-degree high-definition video recording and laser-guided contamination mapping to provide irrefutable evidence of the damage scope to adjusters.
Phase 3: Physical Source Removal & Mechanical Agitation
Deployment of our "Trinity" and "Morpheus" robotic platforms to conduct mechanical brushing, pneumatic whipping, and dry ice (CO2) sublimation blasting. This strips baked-on soot, mold, and industrial residue without introducing moisture.
Phase 4: Molecular Deodorization & Surface Encapsulation
To prevent future microbial growth and eliminate smoke odors, we apply EPA-registered biocides and Carlisle Hardcast RE-500 insulation encapsulants using 360-degree airless spray modules (SIPP lining).
Phase 5: Verification and System Clearance
Final environmental testing and visual clearance to ensure NADCA ACR Level 2 compliance and TSSA re-activation protocols are met, completely restoring the system to pre-loss condition.
